INTRODUCTION

The Sabah Skills & Technology Centre is Sabah’s very own skills development centere. And the result of close cooperation between the Sabah government and the industry.

Register on 27 September 2000, it is set-up as a non-profit society in which the government - State and Federal - will provide the funding and infrastructure whereas the industry provides the support and leadership..

SSTC aims to provide training and educational programs to enhance the skills level of Sabah’s workforce. And the area of training are :

• Continuing education

OUR FACILITIES

Presently located in Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park, the SSTC’s building has a total built-up area of 40,000 sq ft which houses 12 seminar rooms, 7 labs, 2 workshops, a resource centre, 2 administration office and 2 conference room.

SPECIAL TRAINING SCHEMES

Under these schemes, tuition fees and allowance for trainees are fully sponsored by the Federal Government.
