3. Once you click at any of the e-Yellow Pages links, the contest form will appear.
4. Fill-up the contest form and read the "Terms of Service" and the "End User License Agreement".
5. You must accept the "Terms of Service" and the "End User License Agreement".
6. Proceed with the download of the e-Yellow Pages directory.
7. Once you have downloaded the book successfully, you will receive an email requesting you to answer the questions in order to participate and win the contest.
